Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 - 2 days from the time the order is placed. Orders received after 12 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
On average, orders delivered to the continental United States arrive within 3-4 business days after the order is processed.
We cannot be responsible for any delays that occur with the carriers.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders.
2nd Day Shipping: Available at a cost of $15.00*.
*Orders placed up to 12 PM (EST) business day (Monday – Friday), will be processed same day. Shipping is 2 business days.
**Shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended shipping times. Express Service may not be available for some remote destinations.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notification when the order has been shipped.
How can I track my order delivery?
The email notification will include the tracking number for your order.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 states in the USA and Puerto Rico. We are not shipping internationally at this time.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, two-day expedited shipping to these addresses is not available at this time.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we are pleased to offer USPS Priority Mail to US P.O. box addresses. Unfortunately, two-day expedited shipping to these addresses is not available at this time.
Orders & Payment
How can I check my order?
Information about your order can be seen on when you login to the My Accounts page once the order has placed and as payment is processed.
Can I cancel an order?
Please contact immediately at concierge@sicksciencelabs.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed.
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders exceeding 3 of the same product will be cancelled and refunded.
To ensure the best experience, our fraud system may detect certian irregularities and flag certain orders to be held or cancelled.
If you feel that your order has been incorrectly flagged for fraud, please contact us at concierge@sicksciencelabs.com. Please include your order number.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We hope you will love your SickScience products, but in the event that you are unsatisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Email us at concierge@sicksciencelabs.com with your order number and the items you wish to return, and a member of our customer support team will assist you with your return.
Returns are free.
Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment, and note that any original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Can I return a product if I have already opened it?
Yes, as long as you have used less than 1/4 of the product, we will happily accept your return.
My package arrived without a return slip? What do I do?
Our packages do not include return slips. Email us at concierge@sicksciencelabs.com with your order number and we will help you with your return.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment.
Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Are your products vegan or cruelty free?
Our products do not contain any animal-derived ingredients and are not tested on animals.

All people, all skin types can use SickScience products.
Which products are best for sensitive skin?
All our products are Hypoallergenic and Dermatologist-Tested and Fragrance-Free.
Please check the ingredient listings if you have specific allergies, try a patch test, and, as always, consult your doctor before using our products if you have any major concerns.
How long will my product last?
We recommend using our products within 12 months after opening.
Are your products gluten-free?
SickScience is not certified gluten-free.
Are your products safe for pregnant women?
SickScience is safe for pregnant or nursing women to use. However, always check with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.
Does SickScience use parabens?
No. We do not use parabens.
